What wires do i need for my subs? Also, what kind of converter do i need to connect my dash screen to the subs?

I have 2 12″ polk dxi124 dvc subs:

With a kenwood kac-7205 amplifier:

And i am going to buy a digital touch screen for my a4:

Im not sure what kind or wiring i need for the subs so please help. I also need to know the type of converter to connect the dash screen to the subs. DO I NEED ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE SUBS??

You will need ham, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheese (preferably mozzarella), the buns of course and mustard. You will have yourself a good sub.
